The staff were very helpful and altered our booking while we were there, needed to change to a ground floor room due to one member of our group could not manage the stairs. The breakfast was amazing!! Rachel, from England ~ 24th Aug 2012

A very pleasant place, with a friendly and helpful staff, clean, and within good rail distance from Southampton (the train station for Totton is just down the street, and it is one stop away from Southampton Central). I was even able to walk only a fair distance from there to take a ferry to Isle of Wight, to Cowes, and so I was able to explore two towns in one day. Youthful, exuberant folks should know that this is a quiet place, best for a nice place to sleep. Adam, from USA ~ 19th Mar 2011
