The toilet in our room didn't flush, the beds were squeaky, a fan outside woke us up at 7 every morning, there was no security lockers for valuables, the breakfast was poor: white bread and butter... I promised the staff-man of the hostel to give your objective opinion: Location is very bad, at least 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, at least 30 minutes walk from Oxford Street and at least 1 hour walk to the center. You can reach by bus or taxi, but then simply pay more money for a hostel in the center. Living standard, the hostel is clean, but the rooms are like the soldiers' hostel than a youth hostel. Queda cerca del metro, pero realmente de todos los hostel del Europa, fue en el que peor la pase, lo unico a rescatar fue el tema de internet, que es economico y rapido, la verdad que solo me quede una noche, que no pude dormir ni una hora, un solo baño para mas de 15 personas... Loved the place and people who work there very nice. Had a couple wierd roomates and the shower kinda sucked. Overall would reccoment to friends as this was my first time abroad and staying in a hostel and felt safe and had fun. :) Kerri, from USA ~ 20th Jan 2010

This would be one of the poorly setup and run hostels I have come across. Pay for internet access (no wifi, pay for lockers,pay for baggage storaga, pay for a towel - you have to buy one!, and watch what you are charged and count your change! Paul, from Australia ~ 11th Jan 2010

there are odd guys that are sleeping there like 40 somethings with who you don't feel confortable top be around it is more like a hotel than a hostel the showers are en suite which maaake you wait for a shower or even a toilet Michelle, from France ~ 5th Jan 2010

The bathroom in our room was very small and the door didn't lock properly. The beds were close together and VERY squeaky. Breakfast was an hour late (though it was Christmas) and they just brought me a plate covered in meat, although I don't eat it. There wasn't a nice common area. The staff weren't overly eager to help. The manager was nice however and refunded us for the rest of the nights we had booked and we found a nicer place for less money.
