Travelers' Soul Inn Nanjing in , China

I loved this hostel except for one thing. There's a small white dog in a cage outside in the garden area. This animal is completely neglected!!! I was there in July and it was around 36'C. I let the dog out of the cage and it seemed as though it hadn't been out of there in weeks. It sleeps on a metal grid and it's just very sad.
