There are 5 Showers for about 60 People, and 5 Toilets. 2 of these showers were not working, also 3 of the toilets, it was hard to get a free shower in the morning, also to go to restrooms if you had to. The atmosphere is great, also the location! But it's San Francisco.. so like any hostel would have had a great atmosphere and location. If I go to SF again, i don't go to this hostel anymore! My only problem was the blood stained linens. the place is cramped and in a sketchy location. But, it wasn't noisy. I got a good nights sleep. There was hot water. The staff was really great. I felt safe and I was comfortable. I would go there again. Holly, from USA ~ 8th Mar 2013

Is is really the best location and the rooms where alright. We stayed in a private one and it was ok for the money we paid but next time I will pay a bit extra for something else, but I am quite picky.
