Vedanta Wake up! by the backwaters, Fort Kochi in Cochin, Indie

There was an issue with power at the time i stayed there and it wasnt explained to me when i arrived. It seemed that other people were not informed either. I really enjoyed my stay here although only for a single night. I was upgraded from a 6 people dorm to a 4 people dorm. Really clean room with attached bathroom....the only bathrooms that I have seen in India with seperate wet/dry areas (in the backpacker segment). Comfortable beds as well. Felt very safe as there were security lockers in the room as well as security cameras in place in common areas. All the main attractions like fishing nets is walking distance. Very helpful staff.
