Best memory at Zermatt YouthHostel is the included breakfast: cheese, cold cuts, 4 varieties of hot chocolate, coffee, toast, cereal, yogurt... Can you dream of anything better before hiking or skiing? I can't. It was a really good stay: very clean, the staff was VERY HELPFUL with any request I could have, my adapter didn't work and I got one at the reception in exchange of a 10euro deposit (which I got back) and met great people. Real nice hostel. It's an easy walk from the centre (even with bags) - not too sure what certain out of shape people are complaining about! Is good value too by Swiss standards as it incudes breakfast and dinner. Zermatt has awesome nightlife too. Neil, from England ~ 11th Mar 2013

Excellent Place to live if you are student or Solo or with friends. If you want to take private room its quite expensive. Hotel has policy of check-in at 4:00 PM which was not mentioned on Hostel.com Website, They should mention it clearly, I did 14 hours of train journey and i was told to sit till 4:00 PM to get the room, half of my journey was wasted.
