i thought the ace was pretty good. Alot of people complain about hostels in london, but i felt this was pretty good. Location in west kensington isnt too bad, just tube ride to most places or bus. lots of bathrooms, shower pressure wasnt the greatest, eventually tested a couple and found one that was ok. rooms were fine, smallish, but all we needed. This is a pretty big place that houses alot of people so i guess you dont really get to meet as many people as you would at a smaller hostel. I would definatly recommend this though if you are looking for a clean, nice place to stay in london.

This truly is a fantastic hostel. Absolutely all bases are covered here. I kind gentleman at reception went to a lot of effort to help us find a place where we could store some luggage for a month. A clean, modern, fun, relaxing, safe place! Maybe just a little way out of the action but well worth it! Fairly priced in comparison to other London hostels (they are all too expensive).

Staff were generally very good, though I was moved from one room to another on my second night without any notice, luckily I had not headed out for the day or it could have been a huge mess. Very clean and modern.
