Location is very good, you can go walking to the castle and some sights and the Metro underground is extremely close. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. Only one shared bathroom; quite busy in the mornings! Entry is not so nice looking and it is not so easy to see it. Note that you have to enter an internal yard to see the first hostal sign and locate the entrance.

This is a good place. The hostel is in the quarter of Podol!The "landlord" is very helpful and friendly!The rooms are clean! Kijev is a big metropolis with famous sights: St. Sofia, Lavra, Vidubecki monasteries and more!The Ukranian people are usually friendly and the girls are very nice:)!I will return!

the staff is polite, but incommunicative. the one whose english is the poorest was the most friendly person. you don't get a key and after midnight they lock the door. when you go out and come home late you have to ring the doorbell to come in! hostel is not in the city centre, but only 2 metro stations away.

Close to metro and quiet although really just a place to sleep as no communal room/kitchen (or internet) but staff polite and helpful.
