The hostels says that the reception is open until 2a.m but in fact it closes at midnight and we were in the street all the night ! And they have take our money for the night !!!! Moreover the person who manages this hostel is very unpleasant !!! That's a pity because another girl who works for the hostels is the opposite : very beautiful and pleasant ! She should work alone....

It was a shame that there were up to 38 people with just 3 showers. Kitchen good and better value than the SYHA at £24 pppn.

Too noisey,dormitories beside main High St.On top of that the last night there were two snorers competing with each other.I won't be going back

Great location on Royal Mile and v helpful, friendly, fun people running the hostel. Extremely comfortable bunks with tartan duvet covers!
