The best hostel I've ever stayed! The staff was great, Ivonne - lovely, full kitchen and bar downstairs. Just like home! Also lots of fun with roommates and easy to get to the centre by bus. It was easy to find it even at 3am in the morning - they gave us directions and codes. I'll definitely go back there someday :) Thanks

Great place to stay. Lots of character. Short train ride from Deptford Bridge to any thing we wanted to see. Free sunday dinner. Great staff. Short bus ride to grocery station. I would stay here again!

i enjoyed my stay at journey's greenwich i have never stayed in hotsel before and didnt know what to expect but the rooms were a resonable size with bunk beds the toilets and shower facillites were a bit on the small side. The security was good was £3 to buy a lock for the lockers and managed to get the hang of the door codes. the kitchen was ok but there were dirty plates and cups in the sink could do with a clean. All in all i enjoyed it and would go back again
the toilet paper was only restocked once in our 5 day stay but the bar was lots of fun

Location is not of interest to a young traveller.Area is working class and dead at night.Travelling to and from the city center is a hassle unless going at peak times of the day.Security is abysmal:the doors are locked by punch codes.The manager said they change the codes about once a month(ie:whenever they feel like it),so all former guests still have the codes to the front door and the bedroom doors.Many of the guests were older single men.Not a secure feeling place for a single young woman.
