I just needed a place to crash, since I was catching ferry to greece the next day, and this is the only hostel I could find in brindisi, but I was very pleased nontheless. The owner, mauricio, i think his name was, was awesome. He was very personable, gave me a ride into town, and spoke fluent english. The location is a bit outside of town, a good 15 minute walk, but there are signs from the train station that direct you exactly where to go.
