This hostel is far from the city center. I strongly recommend Athens Easy which is literally 5 minutes from the metro. Aphrodte is actually a 15 minutes walk and it's in the gehtto.

I only stayed one night and not really got into the full swing off things here at the hostel, but made great friends in the bar! Love the welcome drink!

this hostel is in such a dodgy area. you definitely want to be inside befor eit gets dark. there isn't a common room or anywhere to hang out. no power points in rooms to charge cameras etc. toilets are yuck. they do serve pretty good food though and its cheap.
