It was a nice big room we stayed in but apart from when we arrived we didn't see 1 other person there, we couldn't find anyone to ask for information or even to check out. The location is also a bit further from the Town Square than advertised but the public transport is good so it wasn't too bad. We found it hard to find the hostel when we arrived because there's no sign outside and it doesn't look like a hostel at all.

Our apartment had no curtains and no frosted glass or working light in the shower room. The shower hot and cold and you had to hold the shower head. The place was not clean and there was no microwave or washing machine (which the info said was included). We were met when we checked in but did not know how to contact anyone again about any problems or instructed what to do when we checked out. Actually a 30min walk to the main square not 15min as advertised.

Very friendly staff, in particular our Anastasja. Very nice welcome, and we stayed just for one night. Its not such an international environment, no, it just rooms isolated, but the location is very good, the price excellent, the place was very clean and comfortable. For more private stay than party times :) Indeed, we receive a lot of help on what to see on the city, how to get there (and out of).. very nice personal treatment. recomend! contact before by email to know instructions on how to get there by tram!

This place is really more of an apartment than a hostel. It would be good for someone staying for a long time. Be sure to tell them exactly what time you will be arriving. We got there to find a note on the door telling us to call them and no one to answer the door. I never saw a front desk, and no one is around to help you with any problems. Also bring exact change because they might not have any for you.
