What a find! This place oozes character with it's lovely coutyard area. The included breakfast is great. Even the tiled bathroom/toilet area has been beautifully done. Dont leave Antigua without trying 'Moza' available at the hostel bar!

We stayed there for two nights in one of the private rooms. We loved the free breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the location, very close to Cafe No Se and Sky Cafe, as well as the center of the city.

El Hostal is a great little place in Antigua. Staff is friendly and helpful, location is great, and the price is right. Also, free breakfast off their menu can't be beat. Not really a party hostel which is good for since all the rooms face the quaint little courtyard and fountain. I would reccomend this palce to anyone in Antigua, Guatemala.
