The staff at the Riverside were absolutely excellent, friendly and helpful. There was nothing to much to ask for when you needed something. Great interaction when meeting fantastic people from all around the world, and the rooms and outside eating/smoking area were a breath of fresh air. The whole place was clean and tidy throughout my stay and I highly recommend it to anyone who goes to Cardiff as an affordable place to stay with all the amenities of a hotel. What a great place.
