A little bit dingy, but with lots and lots of character. Its a small hostel, so the staff go out of their way to make you feel like youre a part of the family during your stay. This hostel is extremely single-traveller friendly. As for the security concerns logged on other reviews: the hostel offers a safe youre generally good to go if your backpack has a lock on it. It isnt full service in any way, but they do organize a great walking tour for EUR 10. Ask for Karen at the bar.

Non-stop partying, very noisy location! Thank Gof for earplugs... Oh and we were on last floor (7th), long climb...

this hostel was pretty good, a bit out of the way from the sites, but with the paris train system who can complain. i went on a tour with karen on my second day, she was awesom, i would recomend a tour with her, she acctually speaks her mind and is very well informed about the sites. overall pretty good experience.
