The staff was very friendly and helpful! Problem guests were dealt with quickly and accordingly, to minimize disturbance to other guests - not to say there were a lot of problem guests, almost everyone was very friendly and respectful!

The place was pretty good all in all. Shame there was only one powerpoint in the entire room though. Especially as it was buried behind someones bed. Bit of a pain in the bum. Having said that the place I am in now doesn't have any!

I found the hostel booking in procedure interesting - they would not let me check in until 4pm when I said I would be arriving at 11am. They gave me a mixed dorm room when I had booked a female only dorm - then they gave me another that was occupied - finally I had to settle for a mixed dorm again. There was no door on the bathroom and no lock on the toilet - there is no lounge - just chairs in a hall way and there are no facilities apart from a kitchen e.g. no internet, no laundry etc.
