DO NOT BOOK!! We made a booking in this hostel but we needed to cancel it. We started calling them the day before but the hpone did not connect until the evening. There was either no line or the line was busy. Then when finally someone answered the phone it was only a visitor and there was no staff around. The next day we kept calling for delaying the resevration but the staff did not speak English. Luckily we speak Italian but whatever we said the staff kept saying "Non capisco un tubo!" (I don
