This is an excellent hostal. Best shower I have had in all of South America! TM USA

Brand new facility in a very central location of Medellin (Parque Lleras). New, very comfortable beds with private lockers for secure storage. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are putting together a North American style sports bar into the place. Colombia is generally cleaner than most other South American countries. The price is great for what you get as Medellin can be expensive.

I was the first visitor ever to Tiger Paw. It was my first time in a hostel. I had the impression they would be kind of grungy so I stayed away but gave it a shot this time. The location was excellent; 3 minutes from Parque Lleras and in a very safe location, close to shops and restaurants. The owner, Brian, was very helpful with tips and his staff made me feel welcome. The price was very good as well for a private room with bath. Breakfast was free as well. I will most definitely consider
