Came to check in at 11. Told me to come back at 3. Arrived at 3:30 and told me that they had overbooked. Sent me to a terrible hostel with a room in a basement at the same rate. Does not care about customer.

the only problem is that the stairs are very narrow. If you have big luggae think twice before booking, as it is pretty difficult to get up with luggage.

we made a reservation for 3 days, the first day we arrived they sent us to another hostal. We had to pay for an extra tramway to take us there!!! the other two nights we stayed in sphinix we found that the hostal was in bad conditions (it smells bad, the floor was too dirty,etc) and beside that they threw away my shoes without recognizing anything.

Para pasar una noche ya esta bien. lástima de uno de los recepcionistas..super grosero y borde.. y el tema de las llaves de las habitaciones es un cachondeo... tendrian que cambiar al chino ese de gafas..al menos ese..los demas muy majos y correctos.
