I have found this hostel to be the WORST imaginable. The rooms were dirty and small and on our floor, most bathrooms had no lights working, no locks on them and broken toilet seats. Furhtermore they charged us extra for towels, sheets and air conditioning! The staff were extremely unfriendly and the service was poor. We tried to give some laundry in for whcih they charged extortionate prices and after a day they gave the laundry back unwashed! DO NOT STAY HERE...

its in a dodgy area, i got pick pocketed on our way to the place, but its really near the acropolis, and for the money we paid, it was fine. dont stay there if you want to enjoy yourself. just stay there if you need a place to leave your stuff, and a bed to sleep on.

It was very hot and stuffy at night as there was no aircon in our room. But besides that was a nice enough place.

Hostel Zeus is no Ritz. You have to pay a Euro to get a sheet on your bed (no blankets provided). The cleaning is cursory at best, and things seem like they\'re falling apart. The hostel is located in a very convenient location, but there is also lots of noise and light from the street, and the area is a little bit seedy, with prostitutes by the side of the road. On the plus side, they provide free internet, and they have great AC (for 1.5 euros per person in the room.)

One thing really got me. The bathroom and shower were the same room. As in there was a shower head right next to a toilet in a room. Nice people, but no thanks.
