The hostel has a sinister feeling about it. There was a blood stain on the wall and the building is surrounded by concrete tower blocks. It is easy to get there by tram and its very inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

It was closer to the old town centre than we expected and quite clean. The staff was helpful and spoke english well. It was simple but comfortable. The transportation from the train staton was easy and the trams were frequent. There is also a big supermarket across the road.

If you want to go home scattered with flea bites the place is great. If you want to visit a slovacian police office because somone broke into your car the Hostel is also a good choice. I am not joking: Someone broke into my car and I got bite by fleas!! Good thing that the receptionist was kind enough to call the police for us
