The new pride of our hostel family is situated in the heart of Berlin, just a few steps from a metro station; the sights and a big nightlife area are within easy walking distance. This place surely gives you new perspectives on travelling - be it from inside or from our top recommendation, the womBar (with a large terrace) on the seventh floor. Enjoy your stay and indulge in a brand-new hostel experience!
Please note that the rates given on this site do not include breakfast. Our all-you-can-eat continental buffet brekkie costs Eur3.70. You don't need to reserve breakfast, just come around to the reception in the morning if you're hungry.
We have apartments with double beds in a separate bedroom, with a kitchen/living room with a double-size sofa and private shower/toilet. That's about as extravagant as staying in a hostel will ever get. ;-)

Unfortunately, not something to take for granted in many other hostels, but we do take this seriously: we've won the 'Cleanest Hostel Worldwide' award. Twice.
Most Amenities:
We're centrally located and close to the trains and public transport. We have maximum security with smartcard access for the front door, the floors, the rooms and your locker.
All our rooms come with comfy wooden beds, private shower and toilet facilities plus lockers for your belongings. You'll get a free set of bed linen, a free welcome drink, free Wi-Fi (in the lobby), a guest kitchen for free use and our free self-made city map with all essential information about the going-ons in town.
We offer an all-you-can-eat breakfast, our lively womBAR serves cheap drinks and food, there's internet terminals, laundromats, 24 hours reception service and 'of course' no age limit, no curfew, no lockout and no stupid rules.
We're the hostel from travellers for travellers:

Best social atmosphere:
We make sure that you'll feel safe and welcome here. When you've been on the road all day long, seeing sights and walking and walking, it's cool to have a nice scene at the hostel where you can have some beers, talk and make friends. This will make your stay a memorable one! Many a traveller stayed quite a bit longer than primarily intended.
Wombats is not dirt cheap:
You may find an even cheaper place to crash in town, but none where you get more value for your money.
