We are R Hostel - the hostel that Rocks in Kaunas and 'R' was inherited from famous Rock Pub in Kaunas that belonged to the owner of the hostel.

Uniquely located in the very center of Kaunas, we are at the same time very close to bus and railway stations. We offer you nice cozy rooms, friendly staff and good advice and the view from our roof terrace is really nice. In our lounge room you'll find games, table soccer (our staff guys are really good, so if you beat them ask them for a better deal as reward!), poker evenings and tasting nights of Lithuanian local homemade beer. In the summer you can expect grill parties on the roof, a few days wild camping fishing tours (it costs only fuel and equipment rent). Being in R Hostel is 'more than just a stay' - we want you to come for a sleep, but find an adventure.

We are near main pedestrian street Laisves aleja and the most impressive Kaunas church Soboras. Bike rent, pubs. pizzerias are a few steps away from our front door. We are also close to bus and railway stations, biggest shopping mall Akropolis, Zalgiris sport Arena and many museums and places of interest.
