It certainly was a value, the location was good due to its close proximity to the beach, even though getting to the beach required a GPS navigational system, and the common area was quite comfortable providing both kitchen access and free internet service.My only minor complaint was the lack of air conditioning in my dorm room.The 2 overhead fans did provide some relief, but still not as comfortable as air conditioning would have been.
