St Leonard's Manse Bed and Breakfast is a small Bed and Breakfast with two private rooms both with en-suite bathrooms, we have a large garden and a very comfortable atmosphere!
Set in half an acre of garden, the Manse which is completely non-smoking, has two large double/twin bedrooms which are both ensuite. There are tea and coffee making facilities and both rooms have colour T.V. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
We are also right next door to The National Trust's Branklyn Gardens and at the base of Kinnoull Hill - great for walks!
Perth being the premier holiday resort for the highlands, trains and buses run virtually every hour from every direction. All city centre amenities including theatre, cinema, concert hall and a good variety of restaurants are within a 5-20 minute walk. Other attractions include golf courses, Scone Palace, Branklyn Garden, and Kinnoull Hill and the Deuchny Woods for walkers. Centrally situated, Perth provides an ideal base for day excursions to Edinburgh, Dundee, St. Andrews, Braemar, Pitlochry, Crieff, Stirling and Glasgow. Scottish family history advice, and research undertaken.
A full cooked breakfast (veggie option available!) is included in the price, as well as fast free wifi, digital TV's in the rooms and free tea and coffee making facilities!
