I booked for a 4 bed female dorm, but was allocated to a 5 bed dorm. The manager gave me a discount on the spot to solve the problem. It takes more than 40 minutes to walk to the leaning tower, but is very convenient to go to the train station and to the airport. There is only one bathroom for everyone, so we basically need to raced to use it in the morning. There is no kitchen at all, only a microwave tucked under the reception counter. You actually have to call for them to open the door so good luck if you don\'t have a cellphone. Way too many people share only one bathroom, which also happens to be the laundry room ... which guests can\'t use (same for the kitchen). Dirty clothes, shoes and empty bottles of shampoo seems to indicate that it\'s not clean very often. The reception guy was very unhelpful and I didn\'t feel welcome at all. AVOID.
