We are a small Hotel with both Hostel/Dorm rooms and private rooms in a traditional Salvadoran house.
We have a mix of private rooms, two (1 double and 1 triple) have Queen size beds, AC, Cable TV, and Private hot water bath. The other two private rooms are lower priced rooms with shared bath. We have two dorm rooms, each with its own hot water bath. One (the Cuarto Verde) has 5 single beds. The other (Cuarto Cafe) has 4 bunk beds. All of the hotel has free WiFi. We offer secure garage parking. Kitchen facilities are available to guests as is laundry for a small fee.
We are in an excellent area, across the street from the residence of the Mexican Ambassador and one block from the Hotel Crowne Plaza and the new Torre and Plaza Futura. There are many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The owners are a USA American (me), and his Salvadoran wife.
No smoking inside. Smoking permitted on the Terrace and back garden.

I stayed 6 days and it was a pleasure stayed. The owner and his wife are very approchable and the staff are very helpful. Whatever request i asked, request was approved. I had no complains at all, all i can do its to recommend the hostal, its near Torre Futura, where there's a lot of bars and places to eat. They allowed me to park the car i rent inside their garage and they even gave me a key to open the gate just in case i arrived after 10pm. Neighbordhood is secure, very far away from downtow Lenin, from Nicaragua ~ 19th Feb 2013
