My name is Jack.
Welcome to my Hostel. After traveling a lot all around Europe and the rest of the world I decided to start my own hostel. Jacks Hostel is a small hostel right near the center of Vienna directly at the Underground station Thaliastreet. It�s just 15 min to get the most interesting places of the biggest city in Austria using public transport. I've got first of all cozy rooms with 2-12 beds, a nice common room and a big kitchen. You can get a breakfast in the morning, use free internet and my staff can tell you a lot about nice places to visit in Vienna.

Check-In
You can check in from 1 pm every day.
If you arrive earlier than 1 pm you can leave your bags in the luggage room for free.

Check-Out
Latest check-out-time is 11am.
But if you leave Vienna later that day you can also leave your bags in the luggage room for free.

Cancellation period:
Booking can be cancelled for free till 48 hours at 6:00 pm (hostel time) before the arrival day. In case of late cancellation 100% of the cost for the first night will be charged.

Reception times:
I have a small hostel. So the reception times are from 7.00 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you will arrive outside the reception times you will get the security code for the door that is valid on the day of your arrival per mail. Check-In procedure will be done the next morning.

First of all the metro station where you can get everywhere in the city is across the street (1min). Besides this there is a shopping mall 5 min away, some supermarkets, a bank, a very nice vegetable market, some bars and a lot of restaurants.

For New Years Eve there are special payment and cancellation terms and there is a minimum stay of 4 nights: You pay until 4 weeks prior to arrival date 75% of the agreed total price. That means 4 weeks before arrival 75 % of the total price need to be charged on the credit card. Cancellation terms: If you do not cancel 3 days prior to arrival we have to claim the missing 25% of the total price.
