West Yellowstone hostel is a cute, log hotel with hostel rooms for male and female dormitories, singles or doubles (one bed for two people as a couple).
There are public restrooms and shower facilities and cable television in the lobby. Private rooms have private restrooms and public showers. We are a no smoking hostel and there are no kitchen facilities. However, there is a microwave, small fridge, and hot water available. 24 hours.
The hostel is located 2 blocks from the west entrance to Yellowstone Park. We will pick you up from the airport. A city bus runs to/from Bozeman, Mt. on Tues and Thurs.only, $10.00. From Utah, the Salt Lake Express will transport you to our town. See them at saltlakeexpress.com.
Yellowstone Park tours are available in town. As well as this there is a restaurant next door and we also have a large gift shop on the premises. Internet access is available throughout the buildings.
We are open from the 24 of May to October 10.

Our check in time is any time prior to 10:00 PM unless Customers have called to make arrangements to come in later.
We need to be notified as soon as possible for a late check in. Our check out time is 11:00 AM.

I visited Yellowstone in Oct so my choices of lodging were more or less limited to W. Yellowstone, which was unfortunate as the town itself is a cheesy tourist trap, with stores full of unnecessary junk that most americans love to buy and overpriced, really average restaurants.The Madison itself was ok.My private room was small but neat. I barely saw any staff that included an indifferent check in by the counter clerk in the gift shop.Shared showers and toilets were clean. kevin, from USA ~ 8th Oct 2012
