Dulan village is located about 20 kms north of Taitung city.
It takes 20-30 minutes by car from Taitung airport or the train station.
A taxi costs about 600-700 nt.
A private driver can be arranged on request for 200-400 nt pp depending on how many people.
You can also take the purple Diing Dong bus from the train station for around 60 nt pp.
In summer there is an extra mini bus service from the station.
By private car or scooter you look at the green kilometer markers on the side of Highway 11.
Dulan is around km 146. Highway 11 starts in Hualien at km 0.
