Unfriendly and rude staff, shortage of hot water, men (even outsiders!) sleeping in our female dorm... If you want to feel like your money is the only thing the hostel cares about, then Ashlee House is your choice. Won't go there go again, not worth my money!

The toilets and bathroob could be better.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hostel was very easy to find and conveniently located. I met a lot of interesting and fun people. I would recommend it to any backpacker to stay at least one night.

Nice place to stay. Very clean and pretty tidy. But there's just a few bathrooms.

Shower facility should be improved so that folks can have a space for clothes and have a warmer shower.

Auberge sympa, proche des gares St-Pancras et King's Cross, à quelques stations de métro ou de bus de Picadilly Circus, le quartier le plus central. Propre, calme, accueillante. Je conseille cet endroit.

I met the worst roommate ever had. They let friends of them come into our place and kept chatting in the whole night, paying no attention to other visiters. I was also surprised at a low level of security of this accommodation. Their friends were navigated by the roommates on mobiles, entered the property without showing any IDs, and then left until they went for breakfast. I felt the entrance should be strongly stricter to strangers!!
