Only stayed for 1 night, staff were really friendly, place was clean and the beds comfortable. toilet seat and shower were broken but i think that's better than a dirty place. good location about 20min walk from town or 2min to a fast subway. oh and there a few shops and bars just on the main road.

Location in West End was great : near Kelvngrove park and university, just 10-15min necessary to go in the center... But ratio quality/price could be better : no warm water am morning, toilet flush out of use, not comfortable beds, a kitchen which could be more functionnal, no place in the common room...

This place is clean, friendly, and well-located, being in a nice area. We had a lot of fun hanging with the people who worked and stayed there (including the guy who owned the place, actually). My one big complaint is that the mattresses in this place SUCK. I basically was sleeping on a bunch of springs. If it weren't for that, I would have loved this place.

rooms are small, beds are crap and the place is noisy: the lounge has a sound system, that, when in use, let's all the guests enjoy the bass part of the music, including the ones trying to get some sleap. Good water pressure though, the shower was excellent.
