I didn' like that there were no shelves in the room, we had to put our stuff on the floor. And the upper beds are easy to fell down from.

This hostel is really good place. It is in good location, very close to subway, there are a lot of cafes and shops. We met very friendly security who said and showed us everything in hostel. But they took a lot of taxes, I was surprised because in another places they didn't took anything.

There's a kitchen, but no dishes, no pans ... nothing to cook.
Internet access included only if you have your own laptop equiped with WIFI.
No television with news (only movies), during the olympices, it would have been good.

The doors that access the floor are BANGING so hard that it wake me up every time someone accessed the floor. I had to put paper on the door so that it won't bang for the night. This was the unpleasant thing but everything else was perfect. It is quiet, superclean and the staff is helpful. I really lke my stay at the hostel but please do something about the doors, it is really annoying.

We had a group of 4 people so we booked a 4 bed dorm. Some mix up happened so we ended up being upgraded which was great, however the staff were really not helpful and a lot of other mix-ups seemed to be happening too. Make sure you double check your booking before you arrive!

All the staff was acting as if this is the first working day of the hotel ever. Nobody knew a single thing, couldn't answer any question asked, my checking in took like an hour, there was even a problem with the reservations. I'm not satisfied at all with my staying and I am definitely not recommending the place to any of my friends.
