Very noisy. Tthe rooms without any lockers. The price for private room is too higher for such quality. Also, the room height is only approx 180cm (you need to bend while taking shower).

A/C, Great location, great staff, A/C, cleaned every day, A/C, cozy common area, A/C, beds to sink in after a hot humid day of sightseeing, A/C...book this hostel over ALL other non-AC alternatives!!!! It's freakin hot and unbearable - it's glorious to come back to a cool air conditioned room!

This is a great hostel - the location is ideal (safe and close to all tourist attractions), it is clean and the staff is warm and helpful. I highly recommend it. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide a top sheet in the beds. The beds only have a bottom sheet and blanket, and I doubt the blankets are cleaned between every guest. Other than that, it was perfect!

I stayed in Ciao Bella Hostel for three nights - it is in a good location with many sights and a metro station within walking distance. The hostel itself was fairly secure, however the curfew of 2 am was rather unpractical for people going on pub crawls and generally going out at night time. etc..

We were there for 3 days and 3 seperate people came in with online reservations for rooms that had already been filled at the hostel, so be careful! Also no where to lock up valuables or lockers.

Although my stay was brief Ciao Bella was great. The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. They knew all the normal touristico things and helped me find things off the beaten path I wanted to find. Besides the bathroom needing to be in a bit better shape my stay was great. I can't wait to come back to Roma!

My stay at Ciao Bella was really great. The staff were all rad and went out of their way to help you out and even cooked us a massive feast for us it was fantastic! Location was great and the rooms and bathrooms very clean and tidy. Only sorry we couldn't have stayed longer. Thanks guys, a very memorablòe stay!

One of the best hostels i've stayed in, good central location (although can be hard to spot - look for the specific address), staff are awesome, cheap as chips, and it was pretty much spotless the whole time i was there.

The washrooms could use more regular cleaning.. they were always wet (flip flops are a must for showers!). Perhaps new curtains for the shower or a hook for people's stuff may be nice??
The toilet overflowed on towards the end, but it got fixed quickly!
Location is ideal! Just watch out for the restaurant below & make sure you tell them you're from the hostel! Trevi Fountain is a stumble away!
