Had stayed at this hostel once before, when everything was fine. This time though not good at all - what they don't tell you on the advert is that you could be in any number of locations. Some are (quite) near to the old town, some are very far away, despite what they may try and tell you, and you have no control over which particular location they put you in.

this is a nice little hostel with lovely owners, they cooked us a lovely meal for 50kn. it is a bit of a hike to the old town, about 20 minutes down hill and an hour back up!! but well worth it for the hospitality! they picked us up from the port too.

15mins from old city by foot. Lots of steps on return journey but you can get bus(no 3 or 8). Bed really uncomfortable, charged more than said on Internet. Plus everything is extra eg air con is €5/night.

location was a bit far from the center, a nice walk through town though. I noticed the rooms were cheap but the hosts make up for that by charging outrageous prices for other services like kitchen use, rides places etc.

Even though it's a HIKE to get here. it's a really nice hostel, and to make it better...the view is totally amazing! I would stay here again for sure!

I was initially shocked to learn that the subject propery is on top of the hill overlooking the Old Town. It´s a steep climb up and I had to pause to stretch my legs and catch my breath each time, by the third day I was struggling. The place itself is clean, fantastic view ! No problem there at all it´s just the trek back up those steps and since I was travelling solo I didn`t feel safe climbing back up after dark.
