I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights and never received a key. My room had three beds and there was only one person with a key. Thus, I had to ask the guy who works at the reception to let me in when I came back at night, or when I finished a shower, etc. The people at reception speak neither English nor German well enough to answer your questions/concerns. And the shower drains were blocked so I could shower in cold water in someone else's sludge.And then ask the guy to let me in the room.

The bedrooms are very clean, the staff very proffessional, but the location is not very good. The place is near the central station, in the middle of the Frankfurt's red light district.

I generally donot comment on hostels i stayed but i cant help myself commenting this hostel. Staff were the worst i ever met in any hostels. They dont know how to behave with the guests. Sorry for them but its true !!

This hostel is new and generally clean. However, the beds squeak and can get annoying at night. Also, not unlike many European buildings, the hostel doesn't have air conditioning. Usually, that is not problem at night, but opening the window in the red light district to cool down the room can make sleeping difficult with all of the noise outside.
The hostel is a 5 min walk from the Frankfurt main train station (Hbf), and it was convenient to go to the station to catch a train to the airport

Be aware breakfast is not included although it says it is. Very basic hostel. Close to Main Train station. Although safe place to stay the areas very dodgy not just from the red light district.

I was a little worried that this hostel is located in the red light district but we didn't have any trouble even at night. The place looked new and the room and beds were clean. The staff was very nice and gal that works there seemed very nice. It's very close to the Hauptbahnhof (make sure you get off there. it's 3 stops from the airport not 5)
plus being in the redlight district and only a couple blocks from the station and a pedestrian area gave us some good stories to tell.
