It´s a fine place to stay for a few nights. People here are friendly, however it´s generely in a bad shape!

Good location, horrible stay..
We had to fly to venice beach do to the dirty
bathroom and overfilled room.
I would not recommend to stay there more then one night and only for those who don't care about dirty rooms and bathrooms.

Its maybe not the cleanest place on earth, but the location is just perfect!!
be aware that internet is not free ($1 for 10 minutes) but there is a public library with free internet access near Hollywood/Vine metro station.

The room and bathrooms were not cleaned even once during our stay and quite possibly days before we checked in.

The toilet is not as clean as you want, but still not quite dirty. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perhaps a little more information about local areas and bus routes can be added. The decor is OK.

The staff were extremely rude. When we arrived they behaved as if we were inconveniencing them by showing up. After shift change, new staff demanded to know who we were and implied that we were rif-raf from off the street. The manager verbally abused another guest, swearing at him and threatening to throw him down the stairs if he didn't provide some form of ID. This place was super scary and super dirty. Many homeless people stay here when they can afford the $25. I highly dissuade you fr

A very nice place to visit Hollywood. The location is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The right place to meet a lot of different and interesting persons.

I would not recommend this hostel! The rooms are small, balnkets are not clean, and the building looks SPOOKY!Also, one thing I hated was that I felt insecure. I was so uncomfortable while I was staying. Acutually, my bottle of water was stolen. I wrote down my name on the label though! if you have experienced with travels a lot, maybe you are fine. but if you are not, you better choose other hostels.
