The Staff was very friendly and gave us a chance to stay one day longer even thou there was no bed free for less money normally.Very central located and the breakfast was okay, too.

We reserved a two bed room and got a room for three persons. The problem was that the third bed was over the double bed, I hurt my head twice. That was not what I expected for that price.

It was a very nice stay, it´s a very good place to get to know people. The hostel was great, and the breakfast was much better than what I had expected, you get apples, toast, orange juice and coffee or tea.

The hostel is great. My only complaint is that the heat was on too high and was on all of the time. It was a little uncomfortable. I was also disappointed with the amount of trash generated at breakfast. Everything is served on paper plates with plastic utensils. The amount of trash they generate must be incredible. It would be nice if they were a little eco-friendly.

the bathroom which was in our room was not very well cleaned and there wasn't a bath mat which resulted in the floor becoming slippery.

Big minus is that you HAVE to leave the hostel between 11 and 15 EVERY day. terrible.

We found the female staff members unhelpful, unfriendly, and unaccommodating. Having to pay a deposit for a plastic room key is ridiculous. If I pay for a bed/room, I should be able to access it. Having to leave the room from 11-3 is the most inconvenient pain in the ass. There was always a line when we had to get the keys recoded every day. Worst hostel in Ireland!!
