Street outside can be very loud at night, but the hostel is close to a subway stop and within walking distance of the Vatican. People were very friendly. No breakfast available, which would be nice.

Great place to stay in Rome!! located at front of Vatican City.
The staff is very friendly and could help you to plan a good tour throuigh the city!!

the staff spend more time going out and trying to chat up the girls (sometimes inappropriately so) than they spend on running the hostel. It wasnt very clean, toilet paper kept running out, showers often cold etc. But the rooms were large and the location good for the vatican.

There was only one out of three showers with hot water; the staff was sleeping in late and not exactly available early in the morning (means at least until 9 am)

Clean sheets, ok beds, for the price the rooms are quite good, location is great but if you go to Rome to party don't choose this hostel...go to the testaccio zone. Bathrooms could be cleaner (cleaning the floors every day would go a long way), and the outside door can be difficult to open. Otherwise safe and pleasant, will go back if i still don't have much money ;)

It's two blocks from Vatican, It's very clean. the common areas are tinny. there is a little refrigerator that allways is full. If you only want to sleep is a good place.
