The staff was very helpful with questions/issues. The hostel is not convieniently located, but we had a car, so it did not present a problem. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The condition of the hostel is dated and could use updating.

The only negative things I have to say about the hostel are that the stairs up to it are frightening while carrying a big bag. It is a little way from the City Center, but it's not hard to get to at all, the tram ride is only 20-30 minutes. The bathrooms were amazingly clean, and they had a hair dryer and a scale in the bathroom, which were nice bonuses. The staff was really nice, and allowed my friend and I to have a 5 person dorm all to ourselves for two nights. They even made us a breakfast t

When you walk-up to the Boat House you think "Maybe, I should have stayed somewhere else". When you open the door, meet the personnel and experience the absolute order, facilities and neatness of the hostel, you know this is the best. It is an excellent Hostel. It is by far the best hostel for travellers by car. There is no other more convenient hostel that provides the ease of parking with no traffic problems. The Boat House is unique. It is the best Hostel in Praque!
