Very quiet hostel, however it's situated far from the center of the town. The check-in closes to early. Excellent place for the comfort of the rooms and the space into them.

We booked a private room so we had our own very nice bathroom, our own keys and no worries about security. Air conditioning is available for a fee, as is internet. It's not exactly in town, but on a good bus route and a nice walk to nearby sites. The one major drawback is that this "hostel" offers absolutely no cooking facilities - not even a fridge or a community microwave - which we found to be rather strange and disappointing, especially considering the cheap and relatively high quality groce

Very good hostel, clean with a very nice staff. Very safe and lots of amenities. It is a little far from central Florence, but not too bad.

We were very impressed with this hostel with its very large rooms and friendly staff. Its a little strict on the rules side of things (no beers allowed in etc) but it makes up for that with its location close to all the major attractions.

I stayed for 3 nights at Youth Hostel Firenze 2000, and had a fantastic stay. My room was exactly what I wanted, comfortable, clean, with an ensuite. For the price it was brilliant. My favourite part about my stay however was the staff... Simona was amazing, very helpful, friendly, funny, she made me feel right at home.
One thing I will say though, is that if you're looking for a party hostel or to meet people you might be a bit disappointed. The other guests seem to keep to themselves, and

the hostel is vey well located. It is within waljing range from al major tourist attractions. The rooms ar very comfortable, clean and climatized. The staff is super friendly they will give yous advice abd directions all the time you ask, the small breakfast they provide is enough to keeep you going for a while in the morning. the facilities are all well kept and ultra clean.
