The only positive is that the staff, though overall very unhelpful and RUDE, reluctantly agreed to call a taxi after a prior flat-out, rude refusal. It was DISGUSTING and noisy, and all its hygiene deficiencies made us wish we had taken our money and bought cardboard boxes to share in the street instead of sleeping in our beds which were strewn with the (pubic) hair of former tenants. The bathrooms lacked toilet paper. The showers were dirty and overflowing with water (and more hair).

The staff is very helpful.The double room in the hostel headquarters we stayed in for the 1st night was just nice. But for all other nights we were offered the apartments at the same price and this was amazing! The place is really located in the very centre of the city: 1 minute from the Old Town Square, and it's like having your own flat.The only problem is that there's no free wi-fi in the apartments.

This is the first time I have stayed in a hostel, and I had a wonderful time. The directions to the place are a bit misleading, you turn left and then cross the street from the IP Pavlova station rather than crossing the street and going left, and the entrance is easy to miss, but after you get in, it's a nice place.
