Bettye´s gueshouse was really great. I really enjoyed spending time talking with her. She´s knows a lot about the country and can tell you anything that you need to know. I would definately reccomend anyone to stay there and if I come back to the DR I´ll stay there again without question

This was an excellent hostel. It's in a nice location in the center of the colonial district, you can walk to just about everything. The interior is filled with artwork, its got plenty of space to hang out in, and there's free internet access. John, the manager of the place is very helpful and personable, I would definitely stay here again.

betty is a fixture in the community has been for 30 plus years. She knows everything, and everyone anything you need, anything you want she is a human map of the entire country. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again witout a second thought

La habitacion que me dieron salia (literalmente) a la calle. La zona colonial no es muy recomendable para ser vista por la puerta desde la cama. No es un lugar recomendable aunque la gente es muy amable. Tuve que mudarme de hotel.
