don't worry about the entrance, the lift. What was excellent during our five nights stay was the kindness of all the staff,their punctuality. Excellent organised tours. I highly recommend this hotel for ratio quality/price/service. Roger

The Staff at Ramses II hotel are extremly friendly as well as professional. The rooms and hotel are very clean and the staff answered all questions we had and gave us helpful tips about finding our way around Cairo.
