13th Villa is clean, safe, and charming... Delicious, organic meals. A terrific front porch for eating or just relaxing, coconut palms provide shade, beauty, and privacy.... Location is right on the river about a 25-minute walk from downtown, a bit far but tuk-tuks are available... The staff is courteous and helpful. Samnang arranged a licensed tuk-tuk for my Angkor tour, even got me a cab to the Poipet border. Strongly recommend.

The tuc tuc drivers were great, it was the manager (owner?) of the place who lied about the prices of the tuc tucs, over charged us and was generally rude. Before you get into any of the tuc tucs, MAKE SURE you agree a fair price as well as find out any "extra costs". The location is a bit away from the action and you could find somewhere cheaper and much more cheerful. Not recommended, at all.
