A really nice place although the rooms get a lot of noise in the mornings from people downstairs echoing up the stairway. The staff overall was quite good(some excellent) but one person in particular seemed completely clueless and made figuring things out rather difficult. I think it was a language barrier more than anything but it was a flaw in their otherwise very nice operation.

This staff is overly amazing!!!!! They go out of their way to book tours, transportation and anything else that is needed. The room was great with an excellent AC and comfortable beds. The breakfast was perfect with coffee, eggs and toast. The location is central to the backpacking district and is within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. As three girl travelers we felt very safe here. I cannot explain the amount of fun we had and how pleased we were with our decision to

The place is very clean, and the staff truly wants you to feel welcome. I stayed in another hotel in Hanoi which cost the same price but wasn't nearly as nice.
