i'm really sorry to say that we received the worst welcome ever seen. the hostel manager is rude and liar and he didn't keep our room according to the reservation. on our arrival (after 10 hours travel by car) he said the hostel was full and he didn't try to help us finding another accomodation. he said that our booking (made 20 days before) was not valid and there was not chance to find a solution. so we had to take our car and go back to home and our vacation ended before starting. i would like to have my deposit refunded if possible. best regards michele my reference number is 20039-8687090
