El Misti was awesome. They really cultivate a good friendly and non-threatening atmosphere. I got to know a bunch of people and share tips on where to travel. The staff were also more than really nice. They were EXTREMELY nice and extremely helpful. My only problem was the bathrooms were a tad sketchy.... but just a tad.

Staff is usually helpful, and the place is generally clean. The bathrooms are VERY clean. Includes breakfast, lots of friendly folks for hanging out and exploring the city and beaches. They say they have free transfer from the airport (and they do), but my driver never showed up. Arrange for it, but be prepared to take a taxi as a backup.

Dangerous Hostel Character: To many people in to little space. I couldn´t even find a place to sit when I wanted to eat. Security: One guy had electric shock in the shover. Another fell through his bed. Location: OK Staff: (moneymakers) To busy partying themselves. Poor service. They nearly rented my bed out before I left. I´d paid for 2 days more. But I didn´t get my money back. Fun: I actually had a good time, but it was because of nice people living in the hostel, not t
