The room was dirty. The breakfast was good. There are better hostels for £20 a night. It is near Gloucester Road tube station which is very useful.

It was a little strange because it was like I was staying in a dorm with other girls who actually lived there. But the girls were really helpfull so it worked out. The front desk isn't open 24-7 which is kind of annoying and there is no elevator which sucks when you get a room on the top floor (about 7 floors up) and have a heavy bag to carry. It was still decent for the price and included meals which I took advantage of.

I was only there for a day but the people I met there were friendly and helpful. There was a delicious breakfast served. If you are planning to go with a significant amount of luggage then be aware of the climb if you have a top floor room because there is no lift. It is a great place to stop for a day in my experience and I would not have minded staying longer.

Wifi internet was advertised on the website but when I got there I was told it was for permanent residents only and that I could go to an internet cafe down the street where I had to pay for it.
